On January 8th Crown Princess Mary gave birth to twins - a boy and a girl. Six days later Mary and the twins left the hospital.
The christening of the twins took place on April 14th in Copenhagen. The boy was christened Vincent Frederik Minic Alexander and the girl Josephine Sofia Ivalo Mathilde.
Prince William and Kate Middleton got married on April 29th in Westminster Abbey, London.
On May 17th Crown Princess Máxima turned 40. Some days before, the Netherlands celebrated “10 years Máxima” with an exhibition.
On July 4th, Prince Albert and Charlene Wittstock got married in Monaco. Many royal guests have been invited, two of them secretly pregnant by the way ;)
On August 17th the long-awaited pregnancy of Crown Princess Victoria was announced. She is due in March 2012.
One week later, the Danish Royal Court announced the second pregnancy of Princess Marie, who is supposed to give birth in January 2012.
So, that's two babies the next year =) And maybe some interesting announcements...

It's amazing with every little new ones in the royal family. I hope it's a little princess hiding inside Marie's belly :-)
And actually there's one more baby coming in 2012, prince Nikolaos and Tatiana is pregnant (well, she is)

It has been a busy year for all the Royals and they have all done a great job. I look forward to more in 2012.
