Duchess Catherine visited Great Tower Scout camp on March 22, 2013 in Windermere, Cumbria. She attended a scout volunteer training day in Newby Bridge in Cumbria.

For once I feel that Catherine, who normally to me looks under-groomed, is actually too made-up for this occassion. Reminds me of Diana in the surgical garb with her overdone eyes - and in her condition and with the complications she has had, she should not be tempting flu and cold. Sorry, nice try, but for me a no.
