Sometimes I think she looks too pale for black dresses. What do you think?

She looks a little pale in the first photo, but I think the camera flash is making that happen. In the other pictures she looks nice - not over done or inappropriate. Just found your blog and I enjoy it. Thank you for doing this!
A shiny black fabric, such as silk, or with sequins or embellishments is not too bad with her skin tone, however a matt simple black is really, for Mary, only for a necessary sombre occassion.
I'm not sure about black, it can be very hard. Think it's better with a bit of shine or embellishment. However, Mary almost always looks elegant no matter what she wears!

Yes, she looks a little bit pale in black expet the dress of one shoulder in picture two from left it is so elegant and pretty chic

Do you know what she is attending in the picture holding the flowers, I don't believe I've seen this before.
@Natasha: It's from the Crown Prince Couple Culture Prize yesterday evening. I only had this one picture, so I waited with the actual post.
I think that Mary wear black in the specials engagement only. I don't like black, and I hope that Mary use black a little. Black is sad and hard.

Yeah Mary needs a tan! Pronto !! But royal don't like to tan because it ages their faces fast!
