I simply adore the last dress! The rest is more or less okay. 

Hhm, well, I kind of like her last dress. The white one is cute, too. 

I like both dresses - no favourite here.

The dresses 2014 - Part one

Admit it - you're all looking forward to this post! And so am I :) Let's start with our Queens and Crown Princesses this year.

More tiara appearances as a Queen, but still very simple. Dress 3 is a repeat, dress 5 my favourite.

Personally I'm not that fond of the yellow dress but the rest is between okay and great! The first dress is an altered version of a dress she wore when pregnant with Isabella, dress 4 is a repeat and still one of my favourites. I also adore the flattering no 7, that she wore before in her early days as Crown Princess. 

Let's cut out the first and the last and I'm more than happy! I love no 4 and 5 (Madeleine wore no 4 in a different colour to the Nobels) and actually no 10 as well. Nevertheless, nothing tops her gorgeous queenlike dress no 8 at the Nobel Awards this year!!

If it wasn't for the last dress I would have said it was a horrible year. It's still not her best choice. I really have the feeling she needs big weddings and stuff to show off her gorgeous dresses. And she definitely can! I still have hope for 2015.

And here's the last part of all these beautiful dresses worn in 2013.

Kate came back from her maternity leave with a gorgeous glitter dress. My favourite is dress no 3, though.

It is so sad that Letizia or the Spanish Royal Family in general has so little tiara appearances these times. That's why I chose the second outfit as favourite, although I love her hat + dress at the inauguration of Willem-Alexander.

Oh my, wearing night dresses in public should be forbidden... Thnak god she wore this absolutely gorgeous last dress!

The dresses 2013 - Part two

Let's continue with the two Danish princesses.

I like Marie very much but I think that most of her dresses are a bit blah. I mean they are nice and all, but not that special and sometimes I don't even remember them. I think it's kind of sad, as she definitely has the talent and looks to just "rock a dress", if you know what I mean.

I'm a bit in love with the rosé dress though ;)

I won't say anything to the first one... For me, she has many "ok-dresses", two that I would never wear and two I just love! (no 5 and 10, by the way). I also admit that I like dress no 3, together with that hat as whole look. It's different somehow and it doesn't go with anyone.

The dresses 2013 - Part One

And here it is, my favourite post every year :) So why not enjoy it and divide it into three parts. We'll start today with the Swedish princesses.

My personal favourite is her second wedding dress, which could have been her actual wedding dress in my opinion, because it is soo Madeleine! I also adore the first two dresses (!!) and I think the last three dresses are a save choice for a pregnant woman. I can't really hide I'm no fan of her wedding dress, but still - there is no dress, I wouldn't wear myself.

Victoria is the one with most tiara appearances this year and most occasions to show off with gorgeous dresses. Two repeats in one year and at least seven recycled dresses in general. 

I love the two dresses she wore to her sister's wedding and I would love to see the very last dress without the jacket because I'm sure I would like it!

With the exception of two dresses (no 8, first row + no 5, second row), she has done everything right this year.

Nobel prize award ceremony 2013

This year's Nobel prize ceremony takes place today without much glitter, as neither Madeleine nor Victoria are attending. Victoria cancelled because she attends the funeral of Nelson Mandela in South Africa and Madeleine ..., well, announced on facebook she isn't going to attend because the ceremony is too long for her... Anyway, if we can't see both today in glitterdress and tiara, let's have at least a look at the previous years.

Honestly, Máxima is one of the best dressed guest at weddings! On normal engagements I'm can only shake my head sometimes, but once it's a really important event, she looks gorgeous.

I can't even decide which one is my favourite dress, because I adore all of them! (Well, actually it's no 9 but no 5 is also great. And 7 and 4. And no 2 because it's so simple...)

And here's the next one. Being the wife of  "just" the second son of the Queen and entering the Royal Circle only some years ago, Princess Marie didn't get chance to attend many weddings so far.

The next Royal Wedding is only one week ahead and we still don't know the designer of Countess Stéphanie's wedding dress. For me, it's almost more important to see, what the guests are wearing. Notice the repeated dress at the weddings of Marie and Tatiana. I prefer the red dress worn at Marie's wedding, which looks way better with tiara and all that.

Well, besides her wedding dress, which is sort of given, Crown Princess Letizia wears a lot of white clothes - starting with the first time we saw her as the future wife of Felipe on the day of the announcement of their engagement.
