Crown Princess Victoria gave birth to a little girl this morning!
The Royal Court announced on facebook that Victoria and Daniel arrived at Karolinska Hospitalet at 00:50 a.m..
The baby was born about four hours later.

The Office of the Marshal of the Realm is delighted to announce that H.R.H Crown Princess Victoria gave birth to a daughter on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 04.26 am.
Both mother and child are in good health.

At 7 a.m. the new father, Prince Daniel appeared in front of the press.
The little girl weighes 3.2kilograms and is 51centimetres long.

"When I left the little Princess lay on the chest of her mother resting", he said.
The name will be made public tomorrow at 11.15 a.m.
Victoria, Daniel and the newborn have already left the hospital. At 13:04 they arrived at Haga Palace. The King and Queen are on their way to visit the baby.
The Royal Court posted a picture of the little family when the left Karolinska Hopsitalet.
Prince Carl Philip and his girlfriend Sofia Hellqvist have congratulated Victoria and Daniel: "We are very happy for them and give Daniel and Victoria our big congratulations and wish the little daughter welcomed to the world. I´m looking forward to meet her and to get to know her".

This is so amazing! They are the best couple ever and now they have a little princess. I'm so happy for them!
The Danish and the Swedish naming baby traditions are so different. I'm excited to know the name of the new princess but for Denmark's Princess Marie's baby, we'll have to wait till the baptism. Anyway, many congratulations to the Crown Princess Couple.
